Who we are
Local First Web Design LLC ("Local First Web Design," "we," "us") is a web design and online setup company based in Mountain Grove, Missouri. We build websites and set up online tools for small and local businesses, specializing in trade businesses.
This policy explains what information we collect through www.localfirstwebdesign.com (the "Site"), our chat widget, our forms, and our text messages, and how we use it. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We collect only what you give us and basic technical data needed to run the Site.
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name, and anything you write in our Request A Call form, our chat widget, an email, or a text message.
- Text messaging consent: whether you checked the SMS consent box, and the date and time you did.
- Project information: details about your business, content, logins and files you share with us so we can build or set up your online services.
- Technical information: your browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location based on IP address, collected automatically by our hosting provider and chat widget.
How we use your information

- quote, build, launch and maintain your website and online services

We share information only with providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for that work. They are not allowed to use it for their own marketing.
